In August, 1994 Elliot Zulver purchased the Taylor Rental/ Party Plus franchise in Timonium, Md. After successive moves to larger and larger warehouses, Party Plus Rentals is now located in a 53,000 square foot showroom/ warehouse at the corner of Beaver Dam Rd and Warren Rd in Cockeysville, Md. In addition, there is a satellite Party Plus Rentals showroom/warehouse located at 6770 Oak Hall Lane in Columbia, Md. Together, these locations have the largest inventory of party rental items in the Baltimore area.

The daily operation of the two locations is handled by the following long-standing employees:

Harry Largent is the operations manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cockeysville warehouse and our fleet of delivery vehicles. 410-771-1997 x117 (20+ years)
